As the subheading of the site infers, design is all around us. Its in the products we use, the transit systems we ride on, the clothes that we wear, the meal we just ate and so on an so forth. This journal is an attempt at highlighting some of the successes in the application of design to those things that make our lives richer.
The goal is to begin this initiative as a solo effort, gather some momentum, then open the forum up to other contributors each bringing their own perspective to the discussion. If all goes as designed, regular contributors will become curators of stand-alone sub-topics in wide reaching areas such as social, business and political design.
Now, let’s see if we can get this thing going…
